Meet the Team

Blake was born and raised in Marietta and has called Metro Atlanta home his whole life. Before joining The Water Heater Heroes, he spent years in enterprise sales and account management. He learned that great service comes down to clear communication and doing what you say you'll do, and he brings that same approach to every customer we serve.

Outside of work, Blake and his wife, Sarah, share their home with a dog and a cat. When he's not working, you'll find him camping, fishing, building models, playing Magic: The Gathering, or spending time with family.

Ernesto got his start in the trades right out of high school, framing houses alongside his uncle, who was the crew's foreman. His uncle was the first person to show him a real path in the trades and encouraged him to pursue it. When his uncle started his own framing business, taking jobs from the Midwest down to southeast Georgia, Ernesto chose to stay close to home. After six more months with the company, he made the move to plumbing, a trade willing to train someone new. He quickly found it was the work he loved.

Today Ernesto brings more than five years of hands-on experience to every job.
